Liz and Brian's Engagement Sneak Peek

My mom was in town this weekend and I had so much fun bringing her along for some very cool engagement sessions! We shot Liz and Brian's at The Pressroom in Lancaster- and yes, it was in the rain. It reminded me so much of Breakfast at Tiffany's and Singing in the Rain- two of my favorite films. What a romantic thing to do on a rainy day- stroll around the park with an umbrella and your sweetheart!

Nicole, Jon, and Dillan's Enagagement Sneak Peek

As you can see we had a VERY busy weekend! After, hanging out with Jenna and Brian at the track- I headed up to Fort Hunter in Harrisburg to spend some time shooting Nicole and Jon's engagement shoot- with their little guy Dillan! What a fun shoot we had- and Dillan was AWESOME- he more than deserved the treat I brought him (a bag of yummy sour patch kids). We even got to hang out in a Teepee and swing on the playground- thanks so much, guys for all the fun!

Jenna and Brian's Engagement Sneak Peek

Jenna and Brian's engagement session on Sunday at the Millersville campus brought back fond memories for all of us- and we had such gorgeous weather! Millersville is such a beautiful campus in the fall.

Brian was quite the track star in college- so we decided to have a race- Jenna won! :) (heehee) You guys were such a blast to work with!

Thanks to Justine (Jenna's sister) for doing Jenna's hair and make-up- gorgeous job, girl!

Simple Elegance

We adored Alissa's gown- so much that we wanted to make a note of it in the blog. Her classic up-do, accented by single pearl earrings truly complemented her stunning features. To think Alissa was thinking of changing into a second, more casual gown for the reception! The vote was unanimous- we LOVE the dress!

Alissa and Kevin's Wedding Sneak Peek

Saturday was the quintessential autumn day- perfect in every way... those of you who know us, know how much we looooove fall! Beautiful weather and gorgeous changing leaves provided the perfect backdrop for Alissa and Kevin's wedding day in Reading, PA. We met them back in May of 2006 at her best friend's wedding (which is featured in our Pictobook samples) It was sooo nice to spend the day with everyone again- like old times :). We especially got a kick out of the adorable flower girls and original favors- Kevin brews his own beer, and he brewed a special wedding day pale ale for the event- complete with custom labels and beer cozies. So creative!

It was so great to see you all again, (especially the Longos and Lessards!)

Leola Village Inn and Planned Perfection

Saturday's wedding planned by Jonnaysa Kirkham, owner of Planned Perfection, was an amazing array of color, texture, and elegance. We were blown away with every attention to detail- she was an incredible asset to Deb and Jay (and especially to us). Stephanie, the event coordinator at Leola Village Inn and Suites was also a dream to work with- and we look forward to many more weddings at Leola Village!

Deb & Jay's Wedding Sneak Peek

After shooting Deb & Jay's engagement session- I knew their wedding day would be one of our all time favorites- and of course- it was!! From the stunning location, to the kickin' dance party- it was truly an event to remember. (now, this couple REALLY knows how to party :)

Thanks to Jonayssa of Planned Perfection and Stephanie of Leola Inn and Suites- it was one of the most exquisitely planned events we have ever photographed. It was so gorgeous- it deserves it's very own gallery on our blog.

Lindsey and Bill's Engagement Sneak Peek

I have to say- shooting Lindsey and Bill's engagement session was not only fun - but they are two of the most photogenic people I have ever met! What a gorgeous couple- see if you can guess what celebrity Lindsey could pass for ;).

We had a blast strolling around Gifford Pinchot State Park- thanks for putting up with the heat, guys!
