We had the honor of shooting Melinda and Scott's wedding at the York Historical Society in downtown York on Saturday. Scott was very ill with the flu- but was a trooper, and made it through to the cake-cutting. We had a blast capturing some great dance- floor moments with Melinda and her AWESOME kids- Alysha and Zach. Our own MaCall- this time a wedding guest, knew well enough to stay off the dance floor- or many blackmail photos would be posted on the blog...hahahaha!
Melinda looked gorgeous- and her dress was stunning!! I adored Scott's expression as she walked down the aisle.
We wish Melinda and Scott the best- and we hope Scott feels better very soon- so they can enjoy their trip to St. Lucia!

We had a blast shooting the band SafeJacket's new promo pics on Sunday- the boys were so easy to work with!!
We got some killer shots- the girls will be chasing them all over the U.S.!
They will be headlining at Gullifty's in Leola on Friday night- so if you love a good mix of rock opera, and pop metal- come on out! They put on an incredible stage show!

As you can see- we have had a VERY busy week with weddings....
I can't think of a better couple to kick off Wedding Season 2008 with- Julie and Cory are two of my favorite people on the planet- I wish every day was their wedding day :) They were soooo fun and laid back, and we enjoyed capturing their day so much that I had to put a JUMBO gallery up for you to get the idea. The ceremony was held at the Lehigh University Library (where Julie and Cory attended college), and the reception at the historic Hotel Bethlehem. It was a photographer's dream- such an array of amazing architecture!
Julie was breathtaking- her dress (and personal style) is exquisite! True class is knowing when to look stunning and knowing when to let loose- and she's a master at both. ;)
Julie and Cory- we LOVE you guys!

Heather and Chuck's New Year's Eve wedding in downtown Harrisburg was a whirlwind occasion- I think "two sets of 6 year-old twins" sums it up! What a fast paced day it was - but surprisingly everything went smoothly, and minus one broken glass, a hair re-do, and shoes that just wouldn't stay on- I would even say perfect! ;)
Heather and Chuck are the sweetest couple, and I was looking forward to their wedding day ever since their engagement/family session back in August (click on Aug. 07 for their sneak peek). The ceremony was held at the Matthew J. Ryan building in the Capitol Complex, and the reception at the Civic Club. At the end of the evening when little Chuck said to me "Thanks for taking so many pictures- I really like it when you take our pictures"- I felt like a million bucks!
